Getting Started

We offer a free 20-minute consultation for all prospective clients to ask questions, learn more about our therapists, and see if we’re a good fit for your needs.

This consultation can take place by phone, secure video, or email, depending on what feels most comfortable for you.

Telehealth sessions (phone or video) are available statewide in Oregon
