Dan Rothenberg – Supervisor and Clinical Lead
Therapist & Clinical Supervisor | Specializing in Teens, Young Adults, and Neurodiversity
Dan Rothenberg’s path to clinical practice has been defined by a unique blend of humor, resilience, and a deep-seated belief in human potential. His diverse background allows him to build immediate rapport and trust with clients who may otherwise feel misunderstood or judged by traditional therapeutic models.
A Foundation of Connection
As a standup comedian, Dan developed a knack for finding humor and levity within the intricacies of family life and personal struggle. This experience taught him that humor is more than entertainment—it is a powerful tool for connection and catharsis. Today, Dan integrates this warmth and levity into his clinical work, specifically with teens and young adults. By fostering a positive and nonjudgmental environment, he helps clients navigate difficult transitions with a sense of ease and authenticity.
From Advocacy to Strength-Based Practice
Prior to entering private practice, Dan served as a therapist for foster youth in Los Angeles. Working with under-served populations, he saw firsthand how negative labels—such as being a “bad kid”—can become internalized, stifling a young person’s extraordinary natural talents. This pivotal experience shaped his clinical philosophy: approaching every individual with curiosity rather than judgment. In his current practice in Southwest Portland, Dan remains a steadfastly strength-based practitioner. He operates under the belief that young people already possess the essential qualities for success; his role is to help them identify, unlock, and harness those strengths to align with their core values.
Clinical Supervision and Neurodiversity
Expanding his impact within the clinical community, Dan now provides clinical supervision to Registered Associates in Oregon. He offers specialized guidance for clinicians working with ADHD and Autism, ensuring that neurodivergent clients receive the affirming, strength-based care they deserve.
Whether working one-on-one with a young adult or mentoring the next generation of therapists, Dan is dedicated to stripping away limiting labels and empowering individuals to rewrite their own stories.

Chad Dahlstrom – Associate Counselor and Operations Lead
At OneYou Psychology, I lead with the belief that healthy systems and healthy people are inseparable. My background in product management and operations taught me that the most meaningful work happens in environments where team members feel supported, trusted, and invited to bring their full selves to the table. I focus on clarity, collaboration, and psychological safety, creating a culture where coaches and clinicians can do their best work without ego or hierarchy getting in the way. I value thoughtful decision-making, open communication, and mentoring others into leadership, and I work to ensure our team experiences the same steadiness, compassion, and encouragement we hope to offer our clients.
As a counselor with a master’s degree in Cognitive Behavioral Psychology, my work centers on understanding people deeply and helping them feel seen, supported, and capable of real change. My approach integrates CBT, IFS, mindfulness, and a trauma-informed lens to meet clients exactly where they are. I care about helping individuals make sense of their experiences, build confidence in their strengths, and move toward lives that feel more grounded and manageable. At OneYou Psychology, I’m committed to creating a space where clients feel safe, understood, and empowered and where our team feels aligned around the shared purpose of supporting the whole person, not just the problem they bring into the room.

Taylor Kilburn – Associate Counselor
Many of the kids, teens and young adults I work with feel overwhelmed, misunderstood, or unsure how to manage big emotions. They may be navigating ADHD, autism, anxiety, identity questions, or social challenges at school. Often they are bright and thoughtful but struggling to keep up with expectations or feel confident in themselves. Parents are often looking for ways to better understand their child and support them at home. My goal is to help young people better understand how their minds work and build skills that help them feel more capable, connected, and confident.
I specialize in working with children and teens with ADHD, autism, anxiety, and identity development, including LGBTQIA+ youth. My approach is neurodiversity-affirming, practical, and collaborative. Together we focus on understanding how their brain works, building coping, executive functioning skills, and helping families create supportive systems at home.
Parenting and growing up can both feel overwhelming at times. If your child is struggling or feeling misunderstood, support can make a real difference. I work to create a warm and welcoming space where kids and teens can feel safe being themselves while learning skills to navigate challenges with more confidence. I’d be glad to connect.
Ben Randolph, LCSW
We all face struggles, but healing happens when we come together — “it’s us against the problem.” As a License Clinical Social Worker and Master Addiction Counselor, I specialize in working with individuals facing trauma, substance use challenges, and anxiety, as well as other mental health concerns. My ideal client is curious, willing to explore unique, tailored interventions, and open to the idea that their life can be different and better.
My approach combines elements of Cognitive Behavioral and Dialectical Behavioral Therapies (CBT & DBT), as well as Mindfulness techniques, and Eye Movement Desensitization & Reprocessing therapy (EMDR). I pursue client goals using collaborative, strengths based, and science informed models to explore change in the here and now while honoring the past.
In our first few sessions, you can expect a warm and welcoming environment, a professional assessment, and collaborative treatment planning. My approach is compassionate, mindful, and client-centered. I believe the true healing happens in the space where you feel safe, supported, and understood. If you’re ready to take the next step, I am here to help.

Revin LaMont, Clinical Social Worker Associate
Many of the people I work with have felt out of step with dominant expectations and are seeking greater clarity, stability, and meaningful connection. I work primarily with neurodivergent adults navigating ADHD, autism, OCD, anxiety, and depression, as well as those exploring gender, sexuality, or relationship structures who want a deeper understanding of themselves and how they relate to others, at their own pace and in ways that feel natural to them.
My work is informed by clinical training and diverse experiences. I hold a Master of Social Work and have training in polyvagal theory, trauma-informed care, and integrative approaches grounded in consciousness studies, somatic, and transpersonal education. My background includes military service, as well as creative work in the arts and stand-up comedy, which continue to shape how I understand expression, perspective, and the process of finding one’s voice. I bring an understanding of how later-identified neurodivergence can shape emotional patterns, coping, and meaning-making. I offer affirming, culturally attuned care for neurodivergent and LGBTQIA+ adults.
My approach is relational, integrative, and experiential, grounded in the belief that meaningful change happens through safe and supportive connection, where you can more fully be yourself. I draw from Internal Family Systems (IFS), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), grounding practices, and somatic awareness to support clarity and stillness in the body, as well as greater awareness of internal signals and how to make sense of them. This can include finding ways of communicating that feel true to you while supporting mutual understanding and connection in ways that feel authentic and sustainable. I also incorporate creative approaches when helpful. Therapy focuses on strengthening self-understanding, emotional regulation, and connection, so you can feel more at home in yourself and your life.
