OneYou is a modern group practice that serves clients throughout Oregon. Our team uses tools like AI-assisted therapy planning, automatic session notes in our streamlined EHR (Therapy Notes).

Therapist burn out is a real issue! OneYou offers in office, hybrid and online only options for our clinicians. We want you to work in your best environments for a balanced motivated work experience. Our offices are located at the Portland water front near Willamette park for in person and hybrid options. We offer administrative support to help you manage your clients as well as billing support, onboarding and marketing to make sure your client load matches your needs.

Licensed Mental Health Therapists Part Time and Full Time
We are seeking licensed clinicians (LCSW, LMFT, or LPC) to provide care across individual, relational, and family therapy. Our team serves individuals and their relational networks, integrating understanding of neurodivergent differences into every therapeutic approach. This role accommodates full or part-time schedules, and clinicians with supervisory credentials or working toward them are welcome and encouraged to reach out to us. Care at OneYou is collaborative, allowing clinicians to shape services around our their strengths while contributing to a team that values curiosity, reflective practice, and ethical evidence-based care. Compensation and benefits are competitive, with an expected annual range of $60,000–$120,000 depending on experience, training, and held sessions. With 24 kept sessions a week for full time benefits and 23 or less for part time benefits. Associate [Therapists]
OneYou welcomes early-career clinicians who are ready to grow their skills and shape their approach to care. Associates are supported with supervision, consultation, and training resources while contributing meaningfully to a collaborative, neurodiversity-informed therapeutic community. This position includes a competitive expected annual range of $60,000–85,000 depending on experience, training, and kept sessions, with 22 kept sessions per week for full-time associates. Associates join a team that values curiosity, reflective practice, and ethical evidence-based techniques. Administrative Support (all clinicians)
- Dedicated administrative, networking, and marketing support
- Billing Specialist to manage insurance benefits, claims, and payments
- Care Coordinator to handle inquiries, onboarding, and scheduling
- Paid clinician administrative hours (charting time, team meetings, training, supervision, client communications, outreach and training)
Training
- Areas of training include: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Internal Family Systems Therapy (IFS), Addiction Treatment, and Motivational Interviewing (MI)
