Fees and Insurance

Below, you’ll find an overview of our fees, payment options, and insurance policies to help you make informed decisions about your care at OneYou. Feel free to contact us if you have any questions or need guidance along the way.

In-Network Insurance Plans:

We will verify benefits prior to a confirmed appointment as a courtesy. We accept primary insurance plans through the following providers:

  • Aetna
  • Blue Cross Blue Shield (BCBS)
  • Cigna
  • First Choice Health
  • Kaiser Permanente NW
  • Medicare (Oregon)
  • Moda
  • Providence (coming soon)
  • Tricare West
  • United Healthcare (UHC)

** We do not bill out-of-network for other insurance plans. Clients may request superbills to submit to your insurance for reimbursement.

Therapy Session Fees For Direct Pay:

  • Initial Diagnostic Assessment (90791): $210
  • Individual Therapy Sessions (90837): $185
  • Family or Couples Therapy Sessions 90847: $200
  • Sessions with associate clinicians are discounted to: $165

**Clients who are not using insurance and pay out of pocket may be eligible for time-of-service discounts via sliding scale.

Additional Services Fees:

  • Case Coordination: $50/15 minutes
    Covers communication with external providers or systems, including prescribers, schools, care teams, and case managers.
  • Consultation Services: $50/15 minutes
    Support with advocacy, research, parent guidance, and educational or informational needs.
  • Legal Services: $250/hour (requires a $1,000 retainer)
    Includes all legal-related tasks such as consultation, research, travel, waiting time, and testimony.
  • Letters & Forms:
    Completed during scheduled clinical sessions and available solely to established clients.

**Legal involvement may require termination of the therapeutic relationship due to ethical boundaries.
