Our counselors offer therapy for individuals ages 14 and older.
Getting Started
We offer a free 20-minute consultation for all prospective clients to ask questions, learn more about our therapists, and see if we’re a good fit for your needs.
This consultation can take place by phone, secure video, or email, depending on what feels most comfortable for you.
Sessions
- In-Person sessions at our downtown office; 5100 SW Macadam Ave, Portland, OR
- Telehealth sessions (phone or video) are available statewide in Oregon
Fees & Insurance
We accept cash and credit card payments and work with most major insurance plans.
